“The most difficult part of traditional Tae Kwon Do is not learning the first kick or punch. It is not strugglingto remember the motions of a Poomsae or becoming acquainted with Korean culture. Rather, it is taking thefirst step across the threshold of the Dojangdoor. This is where roads diverge, where choices are made that will resonate throughout a lifetime.”

OUR CLIENTS LOVE US!
I've been at student for a few years now. Since joining I find that I'm healthier, happier, and less stressed. Due to stress from my job, I might not always walk in with a smile but I always leave with one. This place has become an integral part of my life for myself and my family. My son and my niece have both joined this year and they are having a blast! It's a great family environment. I love how no matter your age or rank, everyone is in the same class so I can enjoy learning right beside my family.

I go to church with Merrill and he is awesome. I've watched him really take hold in the community and he gives back more than he takes. Folks if you are looking for a great instructor then here he is.

Great instructors they care about there students and families. They care about the quality of instruction and that their students have the technique. Not how fast you promote.
